The main reason for us to start with customers and solve their problems is because we need the product base to sell for profit. It will last for years. Without it, there is no business. If you start all your business and start a business without using such products, your business may fail. In fact, even if you come up with an excellent product, the risk of business failure is high. But without a wonderful product, it is almost certain.
Customer issues
Finding the problem to solve is to find opportunities. If you fully solve customer problems with purchasable products, it will increase value.
What is a product?
Products are physical products such as shovels, digital products such as eBooks, or services such as business consulting. It is also a way to add value or to organize existing product lines. Really the product is where you can imagine.
Trial sale
At first you can sell under your own name. This is the same as the exclusive owner. Once you know that your product is on sale, you can sell your personal property at any time to your company or LLC. However, until you find the product you actually sell for profit, you need to continue selling the trial version.
What kind of problem are you having?
If you find a product to sell for good profit, please rate your own business problem. Please evaluate how useful it is to the customer, responsibility for damage and injury, pitfalls of potential cash flow, and so on. When you discover your problem, concentrate your attention especially to customers, gradually improve your business. At this point you probably want to consider the business structure.
