 Yukarai and sweet potato jamon -2

Utskarai:

Requirement:
1 cup bengal gram
Smash Jazz - 2 cups
Coarse ground coconut cup
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cashewnut-10
Drive Do-10
Powder cardamon - 1 teaspoon.

Method: Soak Bengal gram for 2-3 hours. It is rough. I cook it with the steam of the idle cooker and light the fire. Add a jacuzzi with water to a thick bottom pot (like a covered bottom pot of copper) and make it a string like Paagu. Now add Great Gram, a little ghee, garrated coconut and mix well in the flame. When it is not sticky, add cashew nuts, Dried dough, powdered cardamom. This is a very traditional sweetness especially for Diwali. You can also prepare red grams. One week to ten days would be great.

Note: Please filter the first jagged water before reaching the stage of string instruments.

Sweet potato jamon:

Requirement:
Sweet potato -1-2 kg
Milk - 8 cups
2 cups of sugar
Milk Gore - 1/2 kg
Dry grapes - 50 gms
Cashew Nut - 50 gms
Maida-4 teaspoon

Required amount of frying oil or donation.

How to: cook sweet potatoes. Crush it and add milk powder, sugar, small milk, cardamom powder. Pour the milk into a thick Qedai and heat it until it gets hot. Add sweet potatoes mixed with magp paste from the snail. Cut off the stove and take out the dough. After chilling, fry the dough with small oil and ghee. Please soak the jam in the left milk. Please keep in a refrigerator and offer cashew nuts and Dried dough. It is the cheapest and delicious sweetness.
