Try this simple Zucchini Kish recipe when you are pressed for a busy weeknights time. Quiche is a very easy solution when you do not know what else you should make for dinner. Offering them with freshly baked potatoes and green salads, your dinner is done.

  • One puff pastry pie clast
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 6 ounces of fresh goat cheese (or substitute Switzerland)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cream milling (or alternative heavy cream)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  1. First, pierce with a fork in a pot containing pie crust and put it in the freezer.
  2. Turn the oven to 400 ° F.
  3. Melt butter in a medium shape placed over medium heat.
  4. Add peeled onion and stir for several minutes till the onion becomes soft.
  5. Add diced zucchini and continue cooking until the zucchini becomes soft (about 7 to 8 minutes). Season to season with salt and pepper. You can remove it from heat and cool something.

  7. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
