- Salt to taste
Beat together eggs, milk and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Serve warm with ketchup. Divide scrambled eggs, avocados and cottage cheese into each warm tortilla then roll into a burrito.

What you need:
- 5 plain bagels, halved
- 1/4 kilogram cooked bacon, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup prepared sausage gravy
Place bagels on a baking sheet cut side up. Top each bagel half with bacon then gravy. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a pre-heated oven (350 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
