Material:
Spaghetti squash - 1.
Virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons tbsp (Please avoid butter or cheese if you follow the diet plan)
Garlic - 4 cloves (crushed or minced)
Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, cheese or sage, oregano) - 3 tbsp
Grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 dice.
Pepper and salt - for each taste
Preparation method:
1. First, you need to wash spaghetti squash with flat water and cut vegetables in half. Please take pulp and seeds and put them in a dish. Place the dish in a microwave oven for 25 minutes.
2. Take a big pot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir-fry until brown. Please do not overwhelm your appearance. It must be transparent.
3. Add the remaining vegetables, herbs and garlic, stir-fry it with a fork. Once they are evenly cooked, move the vegetables and add them to the squash of the cooked spaghetti.
4. Now you can decorate with spices and herbs. I sprinkle nuts as a topping.
