This is a recipe for mashed potatoes.

1. Peel off potatoes and cut into small cubes or slices. Please cook in the same way as ordinary white potatoes. Boil it for about 20 minutes depending on their size, and easily test with a fork to see if they are nice and soft. Drain extra water.
