 Four tips on how to get to sleep soon -2

Have you received a lot of stress slowly? Do you have trouble sleeping? How long have you been asleep normally? You need at least 8 hours of sleep to make us look pleasant. Sleep relieves stress, relieves symptoms of PMS, prevents headache and migraine, promotes metabolism, copes with hormonal imbalance, prevents breast cancer, and reduces the risk of heart disease.

As a holistic health and nutrition counselor I always try to take care of my stress level.

Here are four tips on how to relieve stress before going to bed.

1. Create a To-Do-List or create a Journal.

Journaling is one of the best stress management tools and stress relief techniques. You can only write twice a day (morning / evening reflection) or only once in the evening to the journal. Always remember what you appreciate and what you appreciate.

2. Please take a relaxed bath.

- - To a quiet and relaxing deep sleep

3. Make regular sex.

Numerous studies show that healthy sexual life enhances your relationship and makes your body relax and happy. Reduce weight (30 to 50 calories in 30 minutes), as well as promote wellness, but also welcome sleep.

4. Avoid those that interfere with sleep.

It is always important to remember what to avoid for better sleep.

  • caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • High protein food
  • High fat food
  • Violent physical activity in the evening
  • mobile phone

In order to be healthy we need to get good sleep every day, so shall we sleep?
