1 in 3 adults in the United States has high blood pressure (hypertension). Many of these people do not experience any symptoms leading them to believe they have high blood pressure. A yearly physical with your doctor is key in diagnosing this. Below are three ways to do so. I am afraid that you can not have it.
Tip 1. Exercise. At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise three times a week is great for your heart and the circulation of blood throughout your body, especially if you have a job where you are sitting all day long, Yoga can also help by relaxing your body and keeping blood pressure at a steady rate.
Tip 2. Reduce sodium in your diet. Celery, bananas, dark chocolate (in moderation), salmon and egg whites.
Tip 3. Maintain a healthy weight. Studies show that overweight people have a much higher chance of having hypertensive than those who have a normal BMI (body mass index).
I am sure you probably have more questions so why not find out more.
