Beans etc are not included in the recipe below. It is just meat and sauce as stipulated in the competition rules. Regardless, if you really want beans or corn, it's only for this version of Texas Red & # 39; real Chile head. If you do not like hotness, I will not burn the pot!

• 1.5 kg pig tenderloin

Cut the pork into a cube and brown with a small amount of oil. Please rest for about 5 minutes.

Puree the onions with a mixer, stir - fry until it becomes tenacious of apple sauce, mix with pork in an oudon or similar pot, add beef until covering pork and onion.
