How to boil an egg
• Remove the egg from the refrigerator and return to room temperature.
• In a pot, please take enough water to make the egg completely submerge.
• Add egg and turn on heat source.
• As soon as water boils, turn off the heat source and cool the water yourself.
• Remove eggs from water.
• Remove the shell. Your perfect hard boiled egg is ready.
In some cases, Soft eggIt is recommended to remove the eggs at the moment the water boils like a hard egg with water removed from the boiling point to room temperature and the egg removed from the water.
How should you peel off the perfect boiled eggs?
After you boil the egg, remove it from boiling water and soak it in cold water for 1 minute. This will help you handle the egg easily, and loosen the shell. Then tap the upward part of the egg quietly with a fork till a small crack appears. This time it will start to peel off from this point and the shell comes out when the egg becomes full.
Tip: If the shell is stuck with the place, break the egg in several places with a fork and rotate the entire egg with the palm for a few seconds to loosen the shell.
for Soft eggRemove only the upper part until you can soak a small spoon inside the eggshell. Then put eggs in egg pots, and scoop out eggs with spoon and eat.
