Meal ideas:

Banana, mango + caramel sauce

Evening: Pork steak, 1 fried egg, spinach (cooked) fresh tomatoes. Cranberry sauce

3) Lettuce, cress, water. Herb teas - nettle, dandelion, other leaf (eg green tea)

Cranberry sauce, liquorice, mints (or some sort of candy)

Lunch: Pork steak, yoghurt, cranberry sauce. Two biscuits

Evening: Three mixed peppers, lettuce, ham cubes, radishes, olives, baby tomatoes, vinaigrette dressing, capers

Raisins (can go with either salad or pudding)

Slice peaches + whipped cream

4) Orange, greens (pref. Raw spinach), fish oil capsule

Or cooked spinach or other greens, pine nuts + olive oil

Lunch: Bacon, cheese cubes, cranberry sauce

Rice pudding + peaches

Evening: Spinach (cooked), pine nuts, black pepper + grated cheese on top (can go on spinach or rice cakes, or both)

Rice cakes, tahini + honey

Peaches + red cranberries or cranberry sauce

5) Mackerel, fresh spinach, olives + cranberry sauce

Lunch: Cheese, bacon + cider (on a Friday sometimes!)

Cheese, raw spinach (small amount) + caramel sauce

Mints

Evening: Butternut or yellow squash, butter + nuts (walnuts, brazils + others ...), nutmeg, black pepper, cinnamon

6) Macaroni cheese, red cage, fresh spinach (fresh cooked in oven pref) - Saturdays - What a treat!

Lunch: Sardines in spicy sauce + raw green cabin

Small plain Greek yoghurt

Curry! + Spinach (no rice) + nan bread

7) Natural yoghurt - sour type, fresh parsley

Lunch: Bacon, cranberry sauce, few brazil nuts, cooked spinach, nutmeg, melted cheese + butternut squash - plain

Evening: White wine + capers aperitif Roast joint (pork, of course) with oil on skin, crispy, onion in bread sauce, cooked cage

8) Bacon, salami + greens (spinach pref), cranberries + blueberries

Lunch: cheese squares, salami, crisps + broad beans

Evening: Spaghetti, butternut squash, tuna + fresh tomato

9) Grapefruit + cooked spinach

Lunch: Egg (boiled), bread, peanut butter

Evening: Cheese, prunes, raw cage / lettuce + cranberry sauce, capers

10) Tomatoes, radishes, some lettuce, mint sauce + tofu drink or miso

Sardines in spicy sauce, raw cage, cheese, aniseed, cranberries, sweets

Evening: Stewed beef, cabbage, cream

11) Butternut or other squash, olive oil, salt, cooked spinach + cranberry sauce

Lunch: Melon, ham, capers, cheese + crisps

Evening: Pork steak, broad beans + butter sardines

Rice pud

12) Egg, cress + fresh cranberries, small yoghurt

Lunch: Fish (sardines or mackerel, tinned), peas, cranberry sauce + mint sauce

Evening: Pork with Tandoori curry paste + spinach

13) Orange butternut squash, cranberry sauce, butter, broccoli + pine nuts

Lunch: Spaghetti, yellow squash, pesto sauce, capers + cranberry sauce

Evening: Pork steaks, peaches, cranberry sauce

Yoghurt, blueberries

14) Yoghurt, mint sauce + miso soup

Lunch: Pork steak, bread sauce, white wine, aniseed

Cheesecake (blackcurrant)

Evening: Spaghetti, butternut squash, pesto + pine nuts

* If you fancy pigging out, or the meal has not filled you up enough, we recommend:

Fresh pineapple (+ cherries if pos), coconut + honey!

Also, oranges, peach slices, ice cream + butterscotch sauce

Or peas, sweetcorn + radishes

Note : This diet is suitable for a woman: guys might want to increase quantities or add more snacks.

If you get constipated, try:

Spring greens or green cage, spinach, sea salt, olive oil, pine nuts, chilli powder, bit of onion, black pepper + peach slices

This kind of diet is full of vitamins, iron + minerals.

It's full of vitamin C and has other health properties together, eg good for cystitis.

Bacon and pork: not sure why this meat featured quite enough while me me and the fattier reds, beef and lamb. The person the diet is for for does a grounding diet with lots of iron, so that that is why. [Since writing this article I've found out that pork is full of taurine, which helps digest the meat. Maybe this meat is easier to digest than others.]

The combination of sweet and savory sounds odd but in trial, for example, raw spinach and caramel sauce they were quiet afraid to put it in their mouth, but it was was delicious!
