
I love my food - I always have - and I said I will never give up on meat and become a vegetarian. There is a way to change your way of thinking and reaction in well-being. Also, there are many things in our lifestyle and living in Western society.
White potatoes were the main players in my diet - until recently! Since I love roast potatoes, every weekend I cook as a part of dinner on Sunday and I also liked jacket potatoes for lunch! I suffered from uterine fibroids and could not open my bowel on a regular basis, I did not think there was some correlation between potato and uterine fibroids. The doctor was unable to diagnose this. I decided to see a nutritionist. The nutritionist gave me a diet sheet to follow it (I was difficult to adjust).
