Socca or Farinata, a delicious pancake without knowledge of the borderline -2

I love this recipe. You can truly master it and you can truly make it yourself

Delicious tasty pizza like pancake originated in Genoa and later typical Ligurian sea coast, Nice to Pisa. In Italy, it is known as Farinata of France Socca and South America Faina. These crepes are the staple food of India and its neighboring countries.

This is a flavorful pancake made from 3 simple ingredients. It is drizzle of chikpepa's flour water and small oil. Thickness varies depending on the ingredients. The amount of liquid and the amount of batter to cook are different. They may be quite thick, or they may soften them.

Chickpea flour can generally be found in the world wide food supermarket available in the world food category or other flour. If you can not really find it in the store, shops of the Internet and professional craftsmen will secure this staple food. It is used all over the world. It's usually pretty cheap. Chicken pier powder is also known as gram powder, galvanzo powder or Bezan.

Chickpea powder is now more carbohydrate and has a higher proportion of protein than any other wheat flour.

Originally I found a hearty vegetarian recipe in Denis Cotter's cookbook "for food love". A truly wonderful collection of inspirational recipes. He topped with him on the red onion and fried sage popped it in the oven. Delicious. A couple of weeks later I scrolled through the Instigram feed, found pictures looking like pizza and they called it socca. After some research, I discovered that they are the same! I love this recipe. You can truly master it and you can truly make it yourself.

Instructions - Make 5 to 8 pancakes - Cooking time is 5-7 minutes each

  1. Together with 3 chopped chili and garlic 2 cloves together in a mixer together with useful spinach of coriander competent spinach. Please make 2 tablespoons of vegetable ingredients and help the ingredients move around.

  2. Put the puree on one side.

  3. Mix the chicken pier wheat flour a little bit and mix a little bit of oil, salt and pepper.

  4. Leave on one side for 30 minutes.

  5. After 30 minutes, remove any air bubbles that may have formed on the batter mix.

  6. Put a few cups of prepared spinach and coriander puree and mix. Please taste according to your own taste buds.

  7. Please put a teaspoon in a small stick pan. Heat the oil and add a ladle full of batter. They can stick non-stick bread as essential for these pancakes. I use a very flexible spatula to loosen these from the bread.

  8. When you cook like a traditional pancake / crepe, they take it in a frying pan even a little more than a traditional pancake. I discovered that it works better at lower temperatures.

  9. I prefer myself as thin as possible.

These can be provided flat and loaded like a pizza or open sandwich or they can be finely wound like a package.

Most people can eat alone, it is tasty and fulfilling.

Proposed Topping
I exceeded mine with artichoke / quinoa / celery / adicit / rocket / feta cheese / linseed oil / olive oil / lime juice / cement powder, salt and pepper.

They are amazing due to the clutter of hmus, salad, crispy chorizo.

They are nice with a simple fried onion and sage. Please put your favorite on the top to quickly eat snacks, or just provide it as a meal.

I'd like to know what my favorite topping will be, and in the future I will try a lot of combinations.
