It is known as "Kaesar" in India, but saffron is considered one of the most powerful spices in flavor and nutrition. Although expensive, this spice brings unique taste to many dishes, bringing health benefits to the body. Saffron contains essential volatile oils, antioxidants, important vitamins, minerals (calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, zinc etc.). Classic saffron rice

What you need:

  • 1 cup of long grain white rice (not cooked)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 pinch saffron thread
  • Three drops of yellow edible coloring (optional)

Please melt butter and add it in a large pot with medium and high heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the comment softens.   • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • One cup of tea spoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Kosher salt of tea spoon
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 8 sprigs parsley for garnish

Put saffron and hot water and leave it for 8 to 10 minutes. When ready, stir saffron 's water, mayonnaise, fine garlic into a small bowl and stir until smooth. Please put aside. In a small bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Kosher salt. Each eggplant slice is soaked in the beat egg and then placed in the bowl of the powder mixture.
