 Wheat rotini pasta salad -2

It is not easy to eat healthy, others fight the taste of healthy options in the meal. I love eating pasta, but pasta has many calories. I wanted to incorporate more wheat and grains into my diet and try the wheat pasta. No matter how I fix it, things are terrible tasting. It seems to get worse when it's hot. When I use wheat pasta for recipe, I will definitely be a cold manufacturing method. I can still feel the taste of wheat which does not work well with pasta.

I experimented and came up with a pasta dish of wheat that was not too bad. It is not the recipe for the most healthy wheat pasta, but here it is meant to make the taste as good as possible. The wonderful thing about pasta salad is that you can change the ingredients you like. You should try your food to create new ideas and recipes. Here is my spin of wheat pasta salad.

Material

1 pound whole wheat Lotini pasta

Artichoke heart is 1 ounce

1 olives black olives 10 oz

1 cup grape tomato

1 small onion

1 tablespoon garlic

Crushed Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

One Italian dressing (Vinaigrette with sun logo)

Cook Lotini pasta according to the instructions of the package enough to that Al dent. The longer you make wheat pasta, the taste seems to get worse. Please do not cook excessively. Please make sure that the water is nice salted and tasted noodles. Drain the noodles and put them in a large serving bowl. Drain the heart of olive and artichokes, but please reserve the artichokes heart juice. Sometimes I use a little juice to add to a salad for taste. Please add these ingredients to the noodles along with onions, garlic and grape tomatoes. Salad and salad to taste the seasoning. Pour the dressing bottle and use your favorite vinaigrette or you can make yourself in the salad. My favorite are craft Sun dried tomato vinaigrette and roast pepper parmesan. Make sure to coat all noodles with dressing and mix all together. If it is too dry, you can add some of the artichoke juice. Mix the shredded Parmesan cheese cup and refrigerate for several hours. The longer the refrigerator is, the more delicious it becomes.
