 Advantages of regular yoga practice -2

Yoga has been in use for thousands of years, but yoga has been practiced only in the Western world for decades. Modern medicine proves that traditional yoga and ancient text always have the health benefits of insisting on it. It is just a part of the benefits you can expect from regular yoga training:

Flexibility: Maintaining a series of yoga poses in a controlled way actually makes your muscles function. As a result, your muscles become longer and more flexible. When you take a pose, you are instructed to breathe and you concentrate on your breath. As a result, your muscles make it more difficult to maintain a pose while your attention is elsewhere.

Power: Acting to work in a way that your muscles are not used to your body, making your body unnatural or posing. This is the essence of strength training. I work muscles more strongly and injure the muscles in various ways. They are healed from this song and they become stronger. Yoga strengthens your muscles with resistance only by gravity and weight without using weight.

Improved mood: Participants in the yoga class are improving the outlook for general life. Some participants have experienced an improved mood comparable to the effect of antidepressants. Yoga clears the mind and body of negative and unhealthy thinking. Concentration depends on movement flowing with controlled respiration.

Pain relief: According to research, regular yoga training helps chronic pain relief, especially pain associated with fibromyalgia. Subjects showed a declining perception of pain as well as increased motivation to participate in everyday activities. They also reported improvement in their ability to cope with setbacks, especially those related to the disease. Yoga training is promising for the management of other types of chronic pain, but more research is needed.

Better sleep: There is no doubt about that. Training regular yoga will help you sleep better. Studies have shown that participants experienced better sleep quality, ability to reduce sleep time, longer sleep ability when sleep deprivation. The results are similar to those obtained from the use of sleep inducing drugs and are promising for the management of sleep related disorders without using drugs.
