The other day I was cooking for friends from outside the town. I requested some fish for dinner. I knew that I had enjoyed the salmon I baked since last time but I wanted to do a different way this time. I grilled the salmon and injected barbecue sauce in basil. Only the sound of this creation was poured water in my mouth.
I went to the shop and asked the fish friends with four salmon skin on my skin. I like to leave the skin when grilling my salmon, the skin functions as a protective shield while grilling. There are natural oils on salmon skin, which helps to keep the fish moist. I picked up a fresh basil to use for BBQ sauce.
When I got home, I seasoned salmon seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon pepper dash. I made the grill nice and hot and sprayed on the grill rack. I put the salmon on the grill. I cooked the side of the skin for about 5 minutes and then flipped the salmon on the side of the meat. I cooked the meat side for another 5 minutes and then removed the fish on the plate of the dish.
I put the salmon in a 350 degree oven for another 10 minutes. Please be careful not to over cook fish in the oven. Salmon should be nice and damp. While the fish was finished in the oven, I started the BBQ sauce. Once I made the sauce, I added c barbecue and a cup of lemon juice to the sauce. I let the sauce boil down for 5 minutes.
I took out the salmon from the oven and poured the sauce up. I offered it with yellow rice and mixed vegetables. Needless to say, my guests were more impressed by grilled salmon than grilled salmon that we did before. I praised about the sauce. Add fresh basil to the barbecue sauce and add an incredible flavor to the dish.
I hope you get the chance to try this grilled salad recipe, it is wonderful!
