
If you do not yet know how to lose 10 pounds, I would recommend something the best for me. There are also very popular Brazilians, or people who are called 14 - day meals, but you can lose 10 pounds in 14 days. There are various opinions in this diet, but I know that the most effective one for me is useful for other people.
No doubt, this is not recommended not to consult a healthy diet, but a doctor or certified nutritionist expert.
Brazilian meals:
First day:
1 egg, coffee without sweetener, 1 apple. Please use this menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the 2nd day:
Repeat menu on day 1
Third day:
Breakfast - 2 eggs
Lunch - 100 g of low-fat beef boiled with spinach.
Dinner - 1 apples
Day 4:
Breakfast - 1 egg
Lunch - 100 g boiled low-fat fish
Dinner - 2 eggs, coffee without sweetener.
Day 5:
Breakfast - 1 egg, coffee without sweetener
Lunch - 2 eggs and 1 big logo
Dinner - boiled vegetables and low fat fish 100 g
Day 6:
Breakfast - 1 egg, coffee without sweetener
Lunch - low-fat beef and cucumbers 100 g
Dinner - 100 g chicken breast, no skin, 1 cup of coffee, 1 teaspoon of honey
Day 7:
Breakfast - 1 cup of tea, 1 egg of coffee
Lunch - 100 g of vegetables and skinless chicken
Dinner - 100 g of lean chicken with vegetables, apples, a cup of sweetener free coffee
Repeat the first week for two weeks.
Do not forget to drink large carbonated drinking water before meals and drink more water on that day. Please do not drink for 1 hour after meals.
