She quit cold turkey and lost 50 pounds in the next 4 months. You can do it.
- Relax and keep you slim. Science shows that stress can increase cortisol levels and thus fat can accumulate in the abdomen. What is in your life? Stress management techniques such as deep breathing and meditation help to cope with stress, but removing stress is the best way. Do you really have to say "yes" to everything? Are not you permitting the project for several months? What you can do to relieve stress helps to lose belly fat.
- Find a friend with fat burning. This is important to help you stick to the goal. You do not want that one friend who is supporting you but really wants to eat cake at the party. Someone who can find someone online and be responsible for you checking in.
Sometimes it seems difficult to achieve the goal. Please crush to a smaller, more manageable goal, like walking three times a week, give up on the soda of the day. Then you can work on your big goal and get rid of belly fat for good.
